CA-233 for TCL. Konka. Skyworth. Changhong. Hisense. Haier and
other brands of television triple-board backlight drive circuit
repair or TV assembly. Input voltage 40-165V, output 55-255V.
If you do not know the required voltage of the backlight bar,
please install from the minimum current (default 200MA) to try,
backlight brightness is not enough then slowly increase, do not use
the maximum current to light the backlight, it is easy to burn
light or drive board.
CA-233 current adjustment instructions:
J1 = 20MA
J2 = 40MA
J3 = 60MA
J4 = J5 = 100MA
J6 = 200MA
Connecting instruction:
1. In the integral power board rectification out for the backlight
of the filter capacitor positive voltage to the VCC, the voltage
range between 45v-165v.
2. Then 12-24V voltage to VIN, can not be connected to more than
45V high voltage.
3. Connect the power ground to GND.
4. NC is empty, not connected.
5. In the original power board to find the switch signal received
ON / OFF, the reference range of 2.5V-5V.
6. The original machine's dimming signal connected to the VADJ
feet, 5V is the darkest, 0V is the brightest.
The default output 200MA, through the short-circuit solder joints
can increase the corresponding current value (on the basis of 200mA
plus), be careful not to increase the excessive current, so as not
to burn the light bar.
On the input voltage: the constant current plate needs 2-way
voltage input, VCC then 40-165V voltage, VIN then 12-24V
voltage,only one voltage will not boost.
Tip: drive board power to pay attention to insulation, power after the
power should not immediately put on the iron and the like
conductive material. After power supply, pay attention to the
discharge of 400V electrolysis (to avoid electric shock or damage).
Winter body static strong, do not directly touch the semiconductor
board on the circuit board (you can wash hands and then touch).
